Refund Policy

Sometimes a travel advisory in a destination will interrupt your travel plans. Guest-impacting events like extreme weather, airport closures, and disease outbreaks unrelated to COVID-19 can happen. While the travel advisory is in effect, we apply our flexible change/cancel guidelines until it is lifted, and normal operations resume.

If there’s a current travel advisory for your destination on your trip dates, you have options. We will waive the change or cancellation fee, and you have the option to:

Change your retreat dates to a difference retreat, you won’t be charged. Some conditions may apply.
Cancel your retreat. You’ll get a refund according to the guidelines for the original event.

The Team @Beyond Impossible respects your privacy and is required to manage your personal information in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). The definition of personal information under FIPPA is “…recorded information about an identifiable individual…” This privacy policy describes how we manage your personal information in compliance with FIPPA.
